By registering for and using MockZoro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

MockZoro Premium is a one-time annual payment providing access for 365 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Scheduled test registrations carry a separate, non-recurring fee per test. All payments are processed securely via PayU.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our mock tests and instant access to premium content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a payment was made in error or a technical issue prevented access, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access another student's account, sharing test content publicly, using automated tools to attempt tests, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the fairness of common test leaderboards.

6. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, analytics, and platform content are the property of MockZoro and its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our question bank without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MockZoro provides mock tests and analytics as preparation tools. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes or results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For questions, please reach out to our support team.
